Mitchell Alter: Received his B.S. Degree from Brooklyn College in 1966, M.S. Degree from New York University in 1969, and M.B.A. from Saint John's University in 1973. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the national business honor society. He founded the firm in 1979.
Andrew Alter: Received his B.B.A. Degree from Hofstra University in 1998. He worked as an auditor for KPMG before joining Alter Associates. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Insitute of Certified Public Accountants- Tax Section and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants- Personal Financial Planning Section. He became a partner in 2001. In 2011, Andrew began the wealth management and financial planning firm Alter Wealth Management, LLC.

Financial Specialist, Chartered Global Management
Accountant. Andrew is also a member of the AICPA's
